Card Messages – We provide complimentary 3.5” x 2.25” cards with handwritten messages with each flower delivery. Please note, we do not alter or edit your card messages. The way you input the card message is how it will be received by the recipient. Please ensure you proofread your message for spelling or grammar mistakes. Feel free to get creative, we’ve seen it all!
Delivery/Pick Up Dates & Times – We deliver flowers from Tuesday to Saturday. Same-day deliveries must be placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the following business day. Delivery routes are established daily based on the most efficient route and we strive to ensure your recipient receives their blooms as soon as possible. Please note, during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to arrange exact delivery times due to challenges our delivery team is currently facing. Please ensure someone will be home to receive your order.
Delivery services are priced based on postal code and rates provided by our carriers and not all locations can be shipped to at this time.
Recipient Not Home/Not Available – If your recipient is not home when their delivery arrives, we will leave the flowers in the safest location possible, often next to the front door or on the porch. Our delivery team will contact the recipient to let them know of the delivery attempt. If our delivery team does not deem it safe to leave your order, often due to poor weather condition or high likelihood of damage, we will contact the recipient directly and the order will be brought back to our studio. A same-day second delivery may be attempted, if time allows for it. Please note, flower cannot be left outside if temperatures are above or below a certain threshold. In the event that flowers need to be brought back to our studio and delivered again on the following day, additional delivery fees will apply. Please note, during the Covid-19 pandemic, we will not leave flowers with neighbours.
Curb-side pick up is available:
Tuesday - 2pm to 6pm
Wednesday to Friday - 10am to 6pm
Saturday - 10am to 2pm
Quality Standards – Our selection of blooms and greenery are all cut from their host plants at different times. Each product also has a completely unique vase life expectancy. Therefore, it is possible that some blooms may outlive each other. We do guarantee that your arrangement will look fresh for at least 48 hours. If you are concerned with the quality of your order, please send us a photo of the entire arrangement and description of the issue to email@example.com. We will take reasonable action to rectify your concern, which may result in replacement of your order on the next business day.
Delivery Price -Delivery rates are calculated based on postal code and rates determined by our couriers.
Hand tied bouquets – To maximize the lifespan of your flowers, please keep your fresh cut bouquet away from direct sunlight and direct heating/cooling units. Remove the tie that binds the bouquet. Recut your stems on a sharp angle before placing them into a clean vase with cool water. Recut your stems and change the water every other day.

Dried Arrangements - Do not add water. Keep out of direct sunlight as sunlight may discolour the flowers. Light dusting may be required from time to time. Enjoy indefinitely.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your arrangement is damaged, a replacement arrangement of equal value. will be sent out, free of charge to you. We do not offer refunds.
