What time can I expect my flowers to arrive?
We partner with a courier service called Trexity for deliveries. Once your order is picked up, you'll receive an email or text notification with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Delivery is guaranteed within 4 hours of pickup from our studio. Plus, you can track the courier's route in real-time, just like Uber Eats!
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home, the driver will contact them and may leave the flowers at their door. However, if conditions are unsafe (e.g., an unsheltered porch or bad weather), the flowers will be returned to our studio, and an additional delivery fee will apply for a second delivery attempt.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Specific time requests may be arranged 48 hours ahead of your scheduled delivery date. An additional fee will apply.
What is Designer’s Choice?
Designer’s Choice is a carefully curated colour palette using seasonal flowers and foliage that changes weekly. Selecting this palette allows our designers more creative freedom (which often results in some of our best work!) and allows you to support local farms by selecting seasonal flowers which is key for sustainability.
